The aim of the research is to know correlation between students’ motivation in learning English and parents’ income. The location in this research was at SMKN 1 Majene, the research methodology was quantitative research with descriptive analysis. In this research, the population was the eleventh grade students, the sample of this research is there are two classes and all of which consist of 40 students. To collect the data, the researcher gave a questionnaire to participant. The last to analysis data, the researcher using SPSS to obtained the data. Based on the result analyzed using Person product moment correlation test of this study indicate the significance value of the product moment correlation test is 0.000 <0.05 and, rtabel, < rresult: 0,0312 < 0,743, it shown that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It means that, there is high correlation between students’ motivation in learning English and
parents’ income at SMKN 1 Majene.
