The purpose of this study was to analyze the Vehicle Operational Cost (BOK) of
city transportation in the Damri bus province on the Mamasa-Mamuju route, to
identify the financial and operational feasibility of city transportation in the Damri
bus province on the Mamasa-Mamuju route. The method in this study uses a
survey research method. The type of data needed in this research is primary data
and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is literature
study and field study. Data analysis carried out is analysis of Vehicle Operating
Costs (BOK), income analysis, and financial feasibility analysis. In this study the
calculation techniques used are NPV (Net Present Value), BCR (Benefit Cost
Ratio), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). .
And the results of data analysis and discussion that have been carried out, the total
Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) for public transportation of the Damri Bus for the
Mamasa-Mamuju route per kilometer is IDR 5,067.31 so that the total vehicle
operating costs (BOK) per year is IDR 178,774,696. 8. From the calculation of the
Financial Feasibility Analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that
the Bus Damn public transportation business is feasible to run, given the NPV
value of Rp.41.354719.25 or NPV0, the BCR value of 1.14 or BCR1, and the IRR
value obtained is 10.92% . For calculations can be seen in chapter IV.
