Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Keterikatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Alfamidi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan observasi kepada karyawan PT Alfamidi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT
Alfamidi yang ada di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Teknik sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling, penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 48 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keterikatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi dan keterikatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Alfamidi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.
This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work engagement on employee performance at PT Alfamidi in Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is quantitative, using data collection methods by distributing questionnaires and observations to employees of PT Alfamidi in Polewali Mandar Regency. The population in this study is the employees of PT Alfamidi located in Polewali Mandar Regency. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, and the determination of the sample in this study was based on Slovin's formula, resulting in 48 respondents. Data analysis was onducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment significantly affects employee performance, and work engagement also significantly affects employee performance. Both organizational commitment and work engagement have a significant impact on the performance of employees at PT Alfamidi in Polewali Mandar Regency
