Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Kabupaten
Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Kuesioner (Angket). Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di BKAD Kabupaten Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BKAD dibagian Keuangan yang berjumlah 65 pegawai dengan stsatus pegawai ASN. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Purposive sampling. Peneliti mengambil
sampel pada Kepala BKAD 1orang, Sekretariat 13 orang, Bidang Anggaran 9 Orang, Bidang Perbendaharaan 14 orang,Bidang Akuntansi Dan pelaporan 20 orang dan Bidang Aset 8 orang jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebesar 49 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa variabel Dana Alokasi Umum (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y), dan untuk Variabel Dana Alokasi Khusus (X2) Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y).
This study aims to determine the Influence of General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on Financial Performance in Majene Regency . This study uses a quantitative method using a Questionnaire (Questionnaire). The location of the research was carried out at BKAD Majene Regency. The population in this study were all BKAD employees in the Finance section totaling 65 employees with PNS employee status. The sampling technique used in this study was non-random sampling. The researcher took samples from the Head of BKAD 1 person, Secretariat 13 people, Budget Division 9 people, Treasury Division 14 people, Accounting and Reporting Division 20 people and Asset Division 8 people, the number of respondents obtained was 49 respondents. The results of the study showed that the General Allocation Fund variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance (Y), and the Special Allocation Fund variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance (Y).
