Abstract

Pengaruh Soft Skill Dan Hard Skill Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat yang dibimbing
oleh Wahyu Maulid Adha dan Muhammad Ramli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill dan hard skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sulawesi Barat yang mengikuti wisuda pada periode II di bulan Mei tahun 2024, dengan sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skill dan hard skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja lulusan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi soft skill dan hard skill yang dimiliki lulusan, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia kerja.
The Influence of Soft Skills and Hard Skills on the Job Readiness of Graduates of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sulawesi Barat, supervised by Wahyu Maulid Adha and Muhammad Ramli. This study aims to determine the influence of soft skills and hard skills on the job readiness of graduates from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sulawesi Barat. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this study consists of graduates from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sulawesi Barat, who participated in the second graduation period in May 2024, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both soft skills and hard skills have a positive and significant effect on graduates’ job readiness. The conclusion of this research is that the higher the soft skills and hard skills possessed by graduates, the higher their readiness to enter the workforce.
