Abstract
The management of computer lab schedules at the University of West Sulawesi, particularly those under the Technical Support Unit for Information and Communication (UPATIK), faces various challenges, such as delays in schedule submissions, scheduling conflicts, and the absence of a centralized and real-time information system. To address these issues, a web-based laboratory scheduling application was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Waterfall model. This system is designed to meet the needs of three main parties: study programs, UPATIK admin, and students/lecturers. The features provided include schedule conflict detection and real-time schedule information display. With this system, the scheduling management process becomes more efficient, structured, and well-documented. The development of this application is expected to improve scheduling accuracy, minimize laboratory usage conflicts, and provide schedule certainty for users. Future recommendations include integration with other academic systems, user training, and regular evaluations for service improvement. This application represents an important step in supporting optimal teaching and learning processes in the campus environment.
