Abstract
Pemberian insentif dan produktivitas merupakan dua faktor yang di duga mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Kantor di Desa Kecamatan Tandukkalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh keduanya maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif dan produktivitas terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Tandukkalua’ Kabupaten Mamasa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS dengan mengambil sampel 57 pegawai Kantor Desa Kecamatan Tandukkalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pada pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji T-test dan uji kelayakan model (Uji F). Pada hasil penelitian ini taraf signifikan 0,05 menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pemberian insentif pegawai Kantor Desa Kecamatan Tandukalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Tandukkalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa. (2) Produktivitas pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Tandukalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa. (3) Pemberian insentif dan produktivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Tandukkalua’, Kabupaten Mamasa.
Incentives and productivity are two factors that are thought to influence the performance of office employees in Tandukkalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency. To prove the influence of both, a study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of incentives and productivity on the performance of office employees in Tandukkalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency. The research method used was the SPSS data processing application by taking a sample of 57 office employees in Tandukkalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires.
The analysis method used in this study was the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. In testing the hypothesis in this study, the T-test and the model feasibility test (F Test) were used. The results of this study, a significance level of 0.05 showed that: (1) Incentives for office employees in Tandukkalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency had a positive effect on the performance of office employees in Tandukkalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency. (2) The productivity of office employees in Tandukalua' District Village, Mamasa Regency had a positive effect on the performance of office employees in Kecalua', Mamasa Regency. (3) The provision of incentives and productivity simultaneously has a positive effect on the performance of Village Office employees in Tandukkalua' District, Mamasa Regency.
