diketahui hasil nilai koefisien regresi variabel managemen 0,087 , pengawasan Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, sering kali disebabkan oleh kelalaian dalam penerapan sistem keselamatan kerja. Untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut, penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3)
menjadi hal yang sangat penting, sebagaimana telah diatur dalam berbagai regulasi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja subkontraktor terhadap penerapan SMK3 pada proyek preservasi Kalukku–Salubatu–Mambi–Malabo. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengawasan, pemahaman pekerja terhadap SMK3, serta penyediaan alat pelindung diri menjadi indikator utama dalam menilai kinerja subkontraktor. Semakin baik manajemen dan pelaksanaan SMK3 oleh subkontraktor, maka semakin kecil potensi kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data penelitian yang telah dilakukan 0,099 pelaksanaan 0.079 dengan data tersebut hasil identifikasi kegiatan SMK3 dilapangan masih belum berjalan dengan baik karena kurangnya tingkat
pengawasan dan pelaksaanan dilapangan sehhingga sangat berisiko terjadinya kecelakan kerja.

The results of the study indicate that the level of supervision, workers' understanding of SMK3, and the provision of personal protective equipment are the main indicators in assessing subcontractor performance. The better the management and implementation of SMK3 by
subcontractors, the smaller the potential for work accidents to occur. Based on the description above, the discussion of the research results can be seen from the results of the analysis of research data that has been carried out 0.099 implementation 0.079 with the data the results of the identification of SMK3 activities in the field are still not running well due to the lack of supervision and implementation in the field so that there is a high risk of work accidents.
