Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat sendana kabupaten majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di kantor camat sendana kabupaten majene. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus indikator dari sedarmayanti, et.,al. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebesar 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan disiplin
kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat sendana, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat sendana kabupaten majene dan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat sendana kabupaten majene.This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline adn work

The location of the research was carried out at the sendana sub-district office, Majene Regency. To obtain a sample that can represent the population, the determination of the research sample used the indicator formula from Sedarmayanti, et, al. The
number of respondents obtained was 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a signifikan effect on employee performance at the sub-district office, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the sendana sub-district 0ffice, majene regency and work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the sendana sub-district office, Majene Regency.
