Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada pegawai di lingkungan instansi terkait. Penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 92 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis data SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Engagement memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pegawai untuk bertahan di organisasi.
This study used a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees within the relevant institution. The sample was determined using purposive sampling. A total of 92 respondents participated in the study. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression, utilizing SPSS version 23 as the analytical tool. The findings show that Digital
Engagement has a significantly effect on Work Engagement, whereas Career Development has a significantly effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly contribute to employees' decisions to stay within the organization.
