Abstract
pengaruh inovasi produk dan brand positioning terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen produk Obat Haus pada cabang Wonomulyo
Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Dibimbing oleh bapak Wahyu Maulid Adha dan bapak Erwin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan brand positioning terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini bersifat survei. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada oulet Obat Haus yang berada di Kecamatan Wonomulyo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Obat Haus. Teknik sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Hair, et al. Dengan jumlah 80 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Squares) versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen, brand positioning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen, serta inovasi produk dan brand positioning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen.
the influence of product innovation and brand positioning on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Obat Haus products at the Wonomulyo branch, Polewali Mandar Regency. Supervised by Mr. Wahyu Maulid Adha and Mr. Erwin. This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation and brand positioning on loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The approach to this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is a survey. The location of this research was carried out at the Obat Haus outlet located in Wonomulyo District. The population in this study were Obat Haus consumers. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, sample determination using the Hair, et al. formula. With a total of 80 respondents. Data analysis used PLS (Partial Least Squares) version 4.1.1.2 analysis. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, brand positioning has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, and product innovation and brand positioning have a significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.
