Abstract
This study aims to analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with agricultural extension in Maliaya Village, Malunda Subdistrict, Majene District, West Sulawesi Province. Through the use of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), this research identifies aspects that need improvement and aspects that need to be maintained in agricultural extension. The results of the analysis show that there are several aspects that need to improve their performance. These aspects include the completeness of the
extension room, such as LCD and projector, regular training and visits by extension workers, and providing new technological information. Although these aspects are highly important to farmers, their performance is still low. On the other hand, some aspects, Extension workers attend meetings/deliberations organized by farmers and having knowledge and skills in delivering material, have performed well and are important to farmers, so they need to be maintained. In order to improve farmer satisfaction with agricultural extension, special attention needs to be given to aspects that receive high importance ratings but have low performance. In addition, customer satisfaction based on the calculation of CSI is 88.56%. indicating the potential for improvement in enhancing farmer satisfaction with agricultural extension in Maliaya Village.
