Abstract

Pengaruh Brand Image Dan Cita Rasa Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Yazaka Fried chicken Di Lingkungan Lutang Kabupaten Majene Yang dibimbing oleh Hamsyah dan Erwin. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan cita rasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat survei. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada oulet yazaka fried chicken yang berada di lingkungan lutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari yazaka fried chicken. Teknik sampel mengunakan non-probability sampling, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Hair, et al. dengan jumlah 45 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, brand image tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan cita rasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta secara simultan brand image dan cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada yazaka fried chicken dilingkungan lutan Kabupaten Majene.
The Influence of Brand Image and Taste on Consumer Satisfaction at Yazaka Fried Chicken in Lutang, Regency, supervised by Hamsyah and Erwin. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and taste on consumer satisfaction. The method used in this study is quantitative. This research is a survey. The location of this research was conducted at the Yazaka Fried Chicken outlet in Lutang. The population in this study are consumers of Yazaka Fried Chicken. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. The sample determination used the Hair, et al. formula with a total of 45 respondents. The results of this study indicate that brand image does not have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and taste has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, brand
image and taste have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Yazaka Fried Chicken in Lutang, Majene Regency.
