Abstract
Peserta didik cenderung merasa bosan ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung, kurangnya motivasi peserta didik dalam memahami materi. Sementara itu, penggunaan bahan ajar yang digunakan masih kurang bervariasi yaitu masih menggunakan buku paket, power point dan lembar kerja peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui tingkat kevalidan modul, 2) mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan modul, 3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan modul pembelajaran biologi berbasis CTL bagi peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Majene. Penelitian ini
menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah 28 peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Majene dan satu guru mata pelajaran biologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi, angket respon, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan media menunjukkan bahwa modul berada pada kategori valid dengan rerata skor 4,0. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa respon guru masuk kategori sangat praktis yaitu 95,0% dan respon peserta didik masuk kategori praktis yaitu
76,8%. Uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa 67,8% peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sehingga modul dikategorikan efektif. Dengan demikian, modul pembelajaran biologi berbasis CTL yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran materi keanekaragaman hayati kelas X.
Students tend to feel bored when the learning process is taking place, lack of student motivation in understanding the material. Meanwhile, the use of teaching materials used is still less varied, namely still using textbooks, power points and student worksheets. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the level of validity of the module, 2) to determine the level of practicality of the module, 3) to determine the level of effectiveness of the CTL-based biology learning module for class X students of MAN 1 Majene. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of the study were 28 class X students of MAN 1 Majene and one biology subject teacher. Data were collected through validation sheets, response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The validation results by material and media experts showed that the module was in the valid category with an average score of 4.0. The practicality test showed that the teacher's response was in the very practical category, namely 95.0% and the student's response was in the practical category, namely 76.8%. The effectiveness test showed that 67.8% of students achieved learning completion, so the module was categorized as effective. Thus, the CTL-based biology learning module developed was declared valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process of biodiversity material for class X.
