Abstract
Pendahuluan Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan bagian penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit yang menyediakan bantuan secara cepat dan tepat juga sebagai pintu gerbang utama bagi pasien yang mengalami keadaan darurat. Dimana kondisi gawat darurat ialah sebuah kondisi klinis yang mana pasien memerlukan pertolongan medis secara cepat untuk menyelamatkan jiwa dan kecacatan lanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap keluarga tentang pelayanan IGD di RSUD Majene. Jenis penelitian penelitian kuantitatif denganpendekatan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Accidental sampling dengan 99 responden. Hasil penelitian diperolah tingkat pengetahuan responden paling banyak baik sebesar 38,9% dan sikap keluarga paling banyak baik sebesar 41,9%. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan nilai ρ =0.000. dengan demikian terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan masyarakat dengan sikap keluarga tentang pelayanan IGD RSUD Majene. Kesimpulan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga
tentang pelayanan IGD di RSUD Majene yang artinya bahwa hipotesis diterima, dengan demikian bahwa pengetahuan berhubungan dengan sikap keluarga pasien tentang pelayanan IGD RSUD Majene. Ini memberikan informasi bahwa semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan keluarga maka semakin baik pula sikapnya tentang pelayanan IGD RSUD Majene, sebaliknya semakin kurang baik pengetahuan keluarga maka semakin buruk pula
sikap keluarga tentang pelayanan IGD RSUD Majene.
Introduction Emergency Installation is an important part of health services in hospitals that provide fast and precise assistance as well as the main gateway for patients experiencing emergencies. Where emergency conditions are a clinical condition in which patients require fast medical assistance to save lives and further disability. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and family attitudes about emergency services at Majene Hospital. The type of research is quantitative research with
a cross-sectional study approach. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental sampling technique with 99 respondents. The results of the study obtained the level of knowledge of the respondents at most good at 38.9% and the family attitude at most good at 41.9%. The results of the chi-square test obtained a value of ρ = 0.000. Thus there is a relationship between community knowledge and family attitudes about emergency services at Majene Hospital. The conclusion can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and family attitudes about emergency services at Majene Hospital, which means that the hypothesis is accepted, thus that knowledge is related to the attitude of the patient's family about emergency services at Majene Hospital. This provides information that the better the level of family knowledge, the better their attitude towards the emergency room services at Majene Regional Hospital, conversely, the worse the family knowledge, the worse the family attitude towards the emergency room services at Majene Regional Hospital.
