Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan toko sikapaiyya kabupaten majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif dan jenis penelitian ini bersifat survey. Lokasi penelitian ini di laksanakan di Toko
Sikapaiyya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan toko sikapaiyya yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi, maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan toko sikapaiyya kabupaten majene.
This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of training and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sikapaiyya store in Majene Regency. This research approach is a quantitative approach, the purpose of this research is explanatory research and this type of research is survey. Location This research was conducted at Sikapaiyya Store. The population in this study are all employees of sikapaiyya stores totaling 30 people. To get a sample that can represent the population, then in determining the sample of this study a saturated sample is used. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression.
The results of the analysis show that, training and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of sikapaiyya store employees in Majene Regency.
