Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disipllin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majene. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan terhadap pegawai yang ada di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 93 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel semua. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majene (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majene (3) Disiplin Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Majene.
This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Majene Regency. The location of the research was 93 employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Majene Regency. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique whereall members were taken as samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses data analysis using linear multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Majene Regency Ministry of Religion Office (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the Majene Regency Ministry of Religion Office (3) Work Discipline and Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Majene Regency Ministry of Religion Office.
