Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh people, process dan physical evidence terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada Kompleks Makam Raja-Raja Banggae Kabupaten Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung di kompleks makam Raja-Raja Banggae Kabupaten Majene. Sampel terdiri dari 80 wisatawan dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial people dan physical evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan secara Parsial diketahui bahwa variabel process tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada kompleks Makam raja-raja banggae kabupaten majene. This research aims to determine the influence of people, processes and physical evidence on visitor satisfaction at the Tomb Complex of the Banggae Kings, Majene Regency. The population in this study were all tourists who visited the Tomb complex of the Banggae Kings, Majene Regency. The sample consisted of 80 tourists using the Accidental Sampling method. The results of this research indicate that partially people and physical evidence have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and partially it is known that the process variable does not have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Tomb complex of the Banggae Kings, Majene Regency. Simultaneously, people, process and physical evidence have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Tomb Complex of
