Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pemberian rebusan daun kelor pada pupuk walne dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan Spirulina sp. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Agustus 2024 di Balai Benih Ikan Pantai (BBIP) Poniang, Desa Tallu Banua, Kecamatan Sendana, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan
Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan masing-masing 3 (tiga) ulangan yaitu perlakuan A (5 mL pupuk walne + 95 mL rebusan daun kelor), Perlakuan B (10 mL pupuk walne + 90 mL rebusan daun kelor), perlakuan C (25 mL pupuk walne + 75 mL rebusan rebusan daun kelor), dan perlakuan D (30 mL pupuk walne + 70 mL rebusan daun kelor). Parameter yang diuji adalah kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan.
Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis ragam ANOVA dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian rebusan daun kelor pada pupuk walne dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan Spirulina sp. tidak pengaruh nyata (p>0,05), pada kepadatan nilai tertinggi pada perlakuan perlakuan perlakuan C (25 mL pupuk walne + 75 mL rebusan daun kelor) dengan nilai 391.333 sel/mL. Laju pertumbuhan nilai tertinggi pada perlakuan D (30 mL pupuk walne + 70 mL rebusan daun kelor) dengan jumlah 0,346 sel/mL/hari.
This study aims to determine the effect of moringa leaf decoction on walne fertilizer with different doses on the density and growth rate of Spirulina sp. This research was conducted in August 2024 at the Poniang Beach Fish Seed Center (BBIP), Tallu Banua Village, Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 (four) treatments of 3 (three) replicates each, namely treatment A (5 mL walne fertilizer + 95 mL moringa leaf decoction), treatment B (10 mL walne fertilizer + 90 mL moringa leaf decoction), treatment C (25 mL walne fertilizer + 75 mL moringa leaf decoction), and treatment D (30 mL walne fertilizer + 70 mL moringa leaf decoction). The parameters tested were density and growth rate. Data analysis used was ANOVA analysis of variance with 95% confidence level. The results showed that the provision of moringa leaf decoction in walne fertilizer with different doses on the density and growth rate of Spirulina sp. no significant effect (p>0.05), on the density of the highest value in treatment C (25 mL walne fertilizer + 75 mL moringa leaf decoction) with a value of 391,333 cells/mL. The highest value growth rate in
treatment D (30 mL walne fertilizer + 70 mL moringa leaf decoction) with a number of 0.346 cells/mL/day.
