Kabupaten Polewali Mandar memiliki beragam potensi wisata maritim yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah, namun belum seluruhnya mendapatkan perhatian dan pengembangan yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan destinasi wisata maritim yang layak dijadikan prioritas pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pemilihan destinasi wisata maritim unggulan. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu menilai dan mengurutkan alternatif berdasarkan kedekatannya terhadap solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Sistem ini menggunakan tujuh kriteria penilaian, yaitu pemandangan, kebersihan, fasilitas, jarak, waktu tempuh, potensi ekonomi lokal, dan biaya masuk. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode Blackbox untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, serta melalui User Acceptance Test (UAT) terhadap 21 responden. Hasil UAT menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan
pengguna sebesar 83,9%, yang menandakan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan, informatif, dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari sistem berupa peringkat destinasi wisata berdasarkan nilai preferensi tertinggi hingga terendah, yang dapat dijadikan dasar oleh Dinas Pariwisata maupun pihak terkait lainnya. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar secara lebih terarah dan efektif.
Polewali Mandar Regency has various maritime tourism potentials spread across several areas, but not all of them have received optimal attention and development. Therefore, a system is needed to assist in determining maritime tourist destinations that deserve to be prioritized for development. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to select the most prominent maritime tourism destinations. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it can evaluate and rank alternatives based on their proximity to positive and negative ideal solutions. The system applies seven assessment criteria: scenery, cleanliness, facilities, distance, travel time, local economic potential, and entrance fees. System testing was conducted using the Blackbox method to ensure all functions worked as expected and through a User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving 21 respondents. The UAT results showed a user acceptance level of 83.9%, indicating that the system is easy to use, informative, and helpful in decision-making. The system produces a ranking of tourist destinations based on preference values from highest to lowest, which can be used as a reference for decision-making by the Department of Tourism and other stakeholders. Therefore,
the system is expected to support the development of the tourism sector in Polewali Mandar Regency in a more targeted and effective manner.
