Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantittif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kecamatan Luyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang terletak di Desa Mambu Polewali Mandar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil maupun pegawai honorer pada Kantor Kecamatan Luyo kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang berjumlah 31 pegawai. Menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai sebanyak 31. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 27. Fasilitas Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja sebagai variabel independen dan Kinerja
Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,437 yang berarti sumbangan dari variabel fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja sebesar 43,7% sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung=10.884 > F tabel= 3,34 dengan timgkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara
parsial fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at the Luyo District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency which is located in Mambu Village, Polewali Mandar. The population in this study were all civil servants and honorary employees at the
Luyo District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 31 employees. Using the saturated sample method, namely all 31 employees. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 27 program. Work Facilities and Work Discipline as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R square value is 0.437, which
means that the contribution of the work facility and work discipline variables is 43.7% while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other variables. The results of the F test obtained the value of F count = 10.884> F table = 3.34 with a significance level of 0.001. The results of the analysis show that partially work facilities and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
Work facilities and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
