Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mutu beton pada sebuah proyek pembangunan jalan Salutambung-Urekang. dengan menggunakan metode hammer test. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dengan metode non destruktif test menggunakan alat hammer test salah satu pengujian yang sering digunakan di indonesia untuk mengetahui mutu suatu elemen struktur beton. Pada prinsipnya pengujian tersebut untuk mengetahui tingkat kekerasan bagian permukaan beton terhadap suatu elemen struktur untuk keperluan pengendalian mutu beton di lapangan bagi perencana/pengawas pelaksanaan pengerjaan.
Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui standar mutu beton yang dihasilkan pada proyek Pembangunan jalan Salutambung-Urekang, dan mengetahui perbedaan mutu yang dihasilkan oleh perusahan dan peneliti dengan metode pengujian non destruktif test menggunakan hammer test pada beton dengan mengambil 3 posisi tumbukan yaitu posisi A (0°), B (+90°) dan C (-90°), dan pada setiap posisi terdapat 9 kali tumbukan. Titik tumbukan dilakuklan pada setiap jarak 200 meter. sehingga penelitian yang dilakukan telah mendapatkan hasil pengujian perusahaan 350,67 kg/cm2> 323.08 kg/cm2 dari hasil pengujian penulis sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa
mutu yang terealisasi tidak memenuhi standar berdasarkan RSNI T-02-2006-C.
This research was conducted to determine the quality of concrete on a Salutambung-Urekang road construction project. using the hammer test method. Testing the compressive strength of concrete using a non-destructive test method using a hammer test tool is one of the tests often used in Indonesia to determine the quality of a concrete structural element. In principle, the test is to determine the level of hardness of the concrete surface of a structural element for the purposes of controlling concrete quality in the field for planners/supervisors of work implementation. The aim of this research is to determine the quality standards of concrete produced
in the Salutambung-Urekang road construction project, and to determine the differences in quality produced by companies and researchers using non-destructive testing methods using hammer tests on concrete by taking 3 impact positions, namely positions A (0°), B
(+90°) and C (-90°), and in each position there are 9 impacts. The impact point is carried out at a distance of every 200 meters. so that the research carried out has obtained company test results of 350.67 kg/cm2>323.08 kg/cm2 from the author's test results so it
can be concluded that the quality realized does not meet the standards based on RSNI T02-2006-C.
