Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akad salam (pre order) dan akad wakalah (cash on delivery) pada marketplace terhadap kepatuhan prinsip syariah. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Lokasi Penelitian ini adalah lingkup prodi akuntansi fakultas ekonomi universitas Sulawesi Barat dengan populasi sebanyak 661 orang untuk perolehan sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model persamaan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad salam (pre order) tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan akad wakalah (cash on delivery) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan prinsip syariah pada marketplace studi kasus mahasiswa akuntansi universitas Sulawesi Barat.
This study aims to determine the influence of salam (pre-order) and wakalah (cash on delivery) contracts on marketplaces towards compliance with sharia principles. The research approach is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distribution method. The location of this research is the scope of the accounting study program, Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi with a population of 661 people for a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression equation model. The results of the study showed that the salam (pre-order) contract had no significant effect while the wakalah (cash on delivery) contract had a significant effect on compliance with sharia principles in the marketplace, a case study of accounting students at the University of West Sulawesi.
