Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emoisonal dan kepercayaan diri terhadap prestasi belajar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi angkatan 2021 Universitas Sulawesi Barat, dan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebesar 87. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Dari hasil pengujian variabel kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Selanjutnya, kecerdasan emosional dan kepercayaan diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi angkatan 2021 Universitas Sulawesi Barat.
This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and selfconfidence on learning achievement. This research approach is quantitative. The population in the study were all students from the Faculty of Economics class of 2021, West Sulawesi University, and the sample determination in this study used the Slovin formula. The number of respondents obtained was 87. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysistechnique uses SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. From the test results, the self-confidence variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Furthermore, emotional intelligence and self-confidence together have a positive and significant effect on the learning achievement of the 2021 class of economics students at the University of West
Sulawesi.
