Abstract
penelitian ini memakai tata cara kuantitatif Tata cara pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan merupakan dengan metode observasi, kuesioner,
wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji mutu informasi memakai uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Tata cara analisis yang digunakan merupakan Analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F (Uji simultan), uji t (uji parsial), serta uji koefisien determinasi. penelitian ini bertujuan buat menganalisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengaruh variabel kompetensi kerja, motivasi kerja, loyalitas kerja, strategi pencapaian,
serta pertumbuhan ilmu pengetahuan terhadap sumber energi manusia di proyek perumahan Griya Unsulbar. Uji validitas menampilkan kalau seluruh item kuesioner valid dengan nilai r-hitung lebih besar dari r-tabel (0,248). Uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach‟ s Alpha 0,6 menampilkan kalau instrumen penelitian reliabel. Analisis regresi linear berganda menampilkan kalau motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap sumber daya manusia, sebaliknya loyalitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif. Uji determinasi (R²= 76,5%) mengindikasikan kalau variabel independen secara bersama-sama sanggup menarangkan alterasi dalam sumber daya manusia, sebaliknya sisanya
dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain. Uji F menampilkan kalau secara simultan, segala variabel independen mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan berartinya kenaikan motivasi kerja dalam memaksimalkan manajemen sumber sumber manusia.
This study uses quantitative methods The information collection procedures used are observation, questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Information quality tests use validity and reliability tests. The analysis procedures used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and determination coefficient test. This study aims to analyze the validity, reliability, and influence of work competency variables, work motivation, work loyalty, achievement strategies, and scientific growth on human energy sources in the Griya Unsulbar housing project. The validity test shows that all valid questionnaire items with a value of r-count greater than the r-table (0.248). Reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha 0.6 show that the research instrument is reliable. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that work motivation has a very significant influence on human resources, on the other loyalty has a negative influence. The determination test (R²= 76.5%) indicates that the independent variables together are able to explain alterations in human resources, whereas the rest are influenced by other aspects. The F test shows that simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant impact on human resources. The results of this study confirm the meaning of increasing work motivation in maximizing human resource management.
