Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen mutu dalam pekerjaan pengaspalan dengan menguji sampel Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC) di Kabupaten Mamuju. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengukur parameter kualitas, termasuk stabilitas Marshall, flow, VIM (Void in Mix), VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregates), dan VFB (Void Filled with Bitumen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua parameter memenuhi standar spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018, dengan nilai stabilitas rata-rata 1139,02 kg, flow dalam kisaran 2 - 4 mm, serta nilai VIM (4,90%), VMA (15,91%), dan VFB (73,11%) yang memenuhi persyaratan teknis. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kendala dalam
pelaksanaan proyek, seperti kondisi cuaca, ketersediaan material, dan keterbatasan alat berat, serta memberikan solusi manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam perbaikan sistem manajemen mutu proyek pengaspalan di masa mendatang.
This study aims to evaluate the quality management system in road paving projects by testing Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC) samples in Mamuju Regency. The tests measure quality parameters, including Marshall stability, flow, VIM (Void in Mix), VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregates), and VFB (Void Filled with Bitumen). The results indicate that all parameters meet the 2018 Bina Marga specification standards, with an average stability value of 1139.02 kg, flow in the range of 2 - 4 mm, and VIM (4.90%), VMA (15.91%), and VFB (73.11%), all complying with technical requirements. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges in project implementation, such as weather conditions, material availability, and heavy equipment limitations, while providing management solutions to improve work quality. Thus, the findings of this study can serve as a reference for improving quality management systems in future paving projects.
