Abstract

Tangan merupakan perantara penyebaran kuman penyakit, maka dari itu perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencegah timbulnya mata rantai penyebaran berbagai penyakit menular seperti, infeksi saluran pernapasan, Flu Burung, dan cacingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi senam cuci tangan 6 langkah terhadap kemampuan mencuci Tangan siswa/i di SDN 002 Mapilli. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimental pendekatan One Group Pre Post Test menggunakan lembar observasi Terhadap 44 responden dari kelas I, II, dan III yang dipilih dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Pada analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisa Univariat sebelum diberikan edukasi senam cuci tangan didapatkan hasil tidak mampu yaitu 44 (100%). setelah dilakukan edukasi senam cuci tangan 6 langkah kategori mampu yaitu, sebanyak 38 (86.4%) responden dan kategori tidak mampu yaitu, sebanyak 6 (13.6%) responden. Hasil analisa Bivariat diperoleh nilai bahwa nilai p-value menunjukkan angka 0,000 yang berarti nilai pvalue <0.05, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan mencuci tangan siswa sebelum dengan setelah diberikan edukasi senam cuci tangan 6 langkah di SDN 002 Mapilli.
Hands are an agent for the spread of disease germs, therefore the behavior of washing hands with soap is one way to prevent the emergence of a chain of spread of various infectious diseases such as respiratory infections, bird flu, and worms. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of 6-step handwashing gymnastics education on the handwashing ability of students at SDN 002 Mapilli. The design of
this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research approach, One Group Pre Post Test approach using observation sheets on 44 respondents from classes I, II, and III who were selected by the Stratified Random Sampling technique. In the data analysis, the Wilcoxon test was used. The results of Univariat's analysis before being given handwashing gymnastics education were 44 (100%). After the education of 6-step handwashing exercises, the able category was 38 (86.4%) respondents and the underprivileged category was 6 (13.6%) respondents. The results of the Bivariate analysis obtained a value that the p-value showed a number of 0.000 which means a p-value of <0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between the students' handwashing ability before and
after being given 6-step handwashing exercise education at SDN 002 Mapilli.
