Akses pelayanan kesehatan yang terbatas di wilayah terpencil seperti Desa Besoangin Utara, Besoangin Induk, dan Ratte di Kecamatan Tutar menjadi hambatan serius bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh layanan kesehatan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan (need) dan permintaan (demand) masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di tiga desa sangat terpencil dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tutar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan melibatkan 280 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi kebutuhan (need), mayoritas masyarakat pernah mengalami sakit dalam 6 bulan terakhir dan memilih berobat ke fasilitas kesehatan formal. Fasilitas paling dibutuhkan adalah puskesmas, tenaga kesehatan yang diharapkan adalah dokter, dan pelayanan yang paling diperlukan adalah poli umum dan poli KIA. Fasilitas ruang tunggu juga dianggap penting. Dari sisi permintaan (demand), masyarakat lebih sering mengunjungi fasilitas saat sakit dengan alasan mutu pelayanan, jarak yang dekat, dan kelengkapan fasilitas. Sebagian besar menggunakan asuransi kesehatan, namun tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan masih rendah. Kesimpulan masyarakat di tiga desa sangat terpencil memiliki kebutuhan tinggi terhadap pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi pemanfaatan masih rendah. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh hambatan akses geografis, kualitas pelayanan, dan sikap petugas yang belum optimal.
Limited access to health services in remote areas such as Besoangin Utara Village, Besoangin Induk, and Ratte in Tutar District is a serious obstacle for the community in obtaining optimal health services. This study aims to describe the community's needs and demands for health services in three very remote villages within the Tutar Health Center's working area. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and involved 280 respondents selected through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that in terms of needs, the majority of people had experienced illness in the last 6 months and chose to seek treatment at formal health facilities. The most needed facility is a health center, the expected health workers are doctors, and the most needed services are general polyclinics and KIA polyclinics. Waiting room facilities are also considered important. In terms of demand, people visit facilities more often when they are sick for reasons of service quality, proximity, and completeness of facilities. Most use health insurance, but the level of satisfaction with the service is still low. The conclusion is that people in three very remote villages have a high need for health services, but utilization is still low.
