Abstract

Puskesmas TammerodoSendana terus mengalami perkembangan dengan baik dari segi sarana dan prasarana. Dengan demikian perlu adanya fasilitas
parkir yang memadai. Luas lahan yang ada dan direncanakan untuk parkir disisi samping dan depan seluas 1600 m2, dan disisi belakang seluas 840 m2. Waktu pengambilan data yaitu 10 Jam per hari, sehingga peneliti hanya menganalisis hari kerja terhitung sejak hari senin, 10 Juli 2024 sampai dengan hari Jumat, 15 Juli 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Luas lahan yang ada dan direncanakan digunakan untuk parkir mobil disisi belakang Puskesmas Tammerodo seluas 840 m2. Karakteristik meliputi akumulasi maximum 3, volume maximum 7 mobil, durasi
rata-rata 1,76 atau 2 jam 56 menit, indeks parkir 0,02 %, jumlah kebutuhan parkir 1 SRP, dengan demikian luas lahan parkir diperlukan dihitung dengan persamaan : Luas lahan parkir = SRP x jumlah kendaraan = 2,3 x 5,0 x 7 = 80,5 m2 memenuhi kebutuhan. Selanjutnya hasil survey kendaraan roda dua meliputi akumulasi maksimum 68, volume Maksimum sebanyak 175 motor, dengan karakteristik durasi rata-rata 1,56 atau 2 jam 36 menit, indeks parkir 0,09 %, Jumlah kebutuhan parkir 27 SRP, dengan demikian luas lahan parkir diperlukan dihitung dengan persamaan : Luas lahan parkir = SRP x jumlah kendaraan = 0,75 x 2,0 x 175 = 275,6 m2, dengan luasan parkir yang tersedia 1600 m2 memenuhi kebutuhan luas lahan parkir yang ada.
Puskesmas Library continues to experience good development in terms of facilities and infrastructure. Thus, there is a need for adequate parking facilities. The existing land area planned for parking on the left side is 1600 m2, and on the back side it is 40 m2. The data collection time is 10 hours per day, so researchers only analyze working days from Monday, Juli 10 2024 to Friday, Juli 15 2024.
The research results show that the existing land area planned to be used for car parking at the front of the Puskesmas Library building is 840 m2. Characteristics include maximum accumulation of 3, maximum volume of 7 cars, average duration of 1.76 or 2 hours 56 minutes, parking index of 0.02%, total parking requirement of 1 SRP, thus the required parking area is calculated using the equation: Parking area = SRP x number of vehicles = 2.3 x 5.0 x 7 = 80.5 m2 meets needs. Furthermore, the two-wheeled vehicle survey results include a
maximum accumulation of 68, a maximum volume of 175 motorbikes, with an average duration characteristic of 1.56 or 2 hours 36 minutes, a parking index of 0.09%, a total of 27 SRP parking requirements, thus the parking area area required is calculated using the equation: Parking area = SRP x number of vehicles = 0.75 x 2.0 x 175 = 275,6 m2, with the available parking area of 1600 m2 meeting the
existing parking area requirements.
