Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja RSUD Majene Sulawesi Barat. (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja RSUD Majene Sulawesi Barat. (3) untuk mengetahui secara simultan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja RSUD Majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif merupakan metode-metode untuk menguji teori-teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variabel.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majene Kabupaten Majene yang berlokasi di jalan Poros Majene-Mamuju, Banggae, Majene, Sulawesi Barat.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi program komputer yaitu SPSS (Statistical Packa ge for Social Science).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa (1)berdasarkan hasil uji parsial yang dilakukan pada hipotesis pertama (H1), dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi RSUD Kabupaten Majene. Hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0.05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap
kinerja organisasi RSUD Kabupaten Majene. (2) Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial yang dilakukan pada hipotesis kedua (H2), dapat disimpulkan bahwa akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi RSUD Kabupaten Majene. Hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0.05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja organisasi RSUD Kabupaten Majene. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan yang telah dilakukan pada hipotesis ketiga (H3), kedua variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi RSUD Kabupaten Majene.
The aims of this study are (1) to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of Majene Hospital, West Sulawesi. (2) to determine the effect of accountability on the performance of RSUD Majene West Sulawesi. (3) to determine simultaneously the influence of organizational culture and accountability on the performance of Majene Hospital. This research approach is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research approaches are methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationship between variables. The research was conducted at the Majene Regional General Hospital, Majene Regency, which is located on Jalan Poros Majene-Mamuju, Banggae, Majene, West Sulawesi. Data analysis was carried out using using the help of a computer program application, namely SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) based on the results of the partial test conducted on the first hypothesis (H1), it can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of the Majene District Hospital. The results of processing and computerization using the SPSS version 26 program obtained t count > t table and a significant value less than 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the organizational performance of Majene District Hospital. (2) Based on the results of the partial test conducted on the second hypothesis (H2), it can be concluded that public accountability has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of the Majene District Hospital. The results of processing and computerization using the SPSS version 26 program obtained a t count > t table and a significant value less than 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant effect of accountability on the organizational performance of the Majene District Hospital. (3) Based on the results of the simultaneous test that has been carried out on the third hypothesis (H3), the two variables namely organizational culture and public accountability have a significant effect simultaneously on the organizational performance of the Majene District Hospital.
