Salah satu poin penting yang perlu terus dibahas dan dievaluasi adalah terkait aspek pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada hal yang lebih detail, yakni pengalokasian belanja pendidikan di kabupaten Majene. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terhadap Belanja Pendidikan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan survei lapangan sebagai sumber data primer dan laporan rekapitulasi realisasi anggaran pelaksanaan kegiatan Dinas Pendidikan dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Majene selama tahun anggaran 2018-2020 sebagai data sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi berupa file dan kuisioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS yang terdiri dari uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh positif sebesar 89,7 persen terhadap Belanja Pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Majene Tahun 2018-2020. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t X1 terhadap Y dengan perbandingan t tabel 2.07387 lebih kecil dari t hitung 12,476 dan uji t X2 terhadap Y dengan perbandingan t tabel 2.07387 lebih kecil dari t hitung 2,875, serta uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa F tabel sebesar 3.42 lebih kecil dari F hitung 95,318.
One of the important points that needs to be continuously discussed and evaluated is related to the education aspect, in which this study focuses on more detailed matters, namely the allocation of education purchasing in Majene regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Education Expenditure at the Office of Education, Youth, and Sport Majene Regency in 2018-2020. This research is a quantitative research that uses field surveys as the primary data source and the recapitulation of of budget realization for implementing the activities in Office of Education, Youth, and Sport Majene Rgencty on 2018-2020 as secondary data. The data collection techniques used is documentation and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using SPSS which consists of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) have a positive effect about 89,7 percent on Education Purchasing at the Education, Youth, and Sports Office Majene Regency on 2018-2020. It is proven by the t test result X1 to Y by comparison t table 2.07387 is smaller than t count 12,476 and X2 to Y by comparison t table 2.07387 is smaller than t count 2,875, and F test result which shows F table 3,42 is smaller than F count 95,318.
