Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan peneltian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik penarikan sampel yang dilakukan adalah teknik purpovise sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, sedangkan jenis dan sumber data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pabrik Penggilingan Padi UD. Nurmadinah yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Kecamatan Campalagian, Desa Botto.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap di Pabrik Penggilingan Padi UD. Nurmadinah berjumlah 105 karyawan. Untuk
mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan rumus Slovin. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebesar 83. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa, Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
