Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK 1 dan SMA 1 Tinambung Kecamatan Tinambunt Kabupaten Polman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer tingkat SMK/SMU Tinambung. Penelitian ini menggunakan kepuasan dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja guru honorer sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru honorer di SMK/SMA Tinambung. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel adalan total sampling dengan menggunakan 45 responden. Kemudian digunakan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analsisi regresi linear berganda. Analisis ini meliputi uji lenear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji f dan uji t, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian diperolah secara parsial dari hasil pengujian hipeotesis menggunakan
uji T diketahui dua variabel independen secara parsial bepengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru honorer. Dimana variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah motivas kerja dengan koefisien 0.003 diikuti variabel kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0.004. Sedangkan uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer. Hasil uji koefesie determinasi sebesar 0.477 atau 47.7%, kinerja guru honorer
dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya 52.3%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This research was carried out at SMK 1 and SMA 1 Tinambung, Tinambung District, Polman Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work satisfaction and motivation on the performance of honorary teachers at
the Tinambung Vocational School/Senior High School level. This research uses work satisfaction and motivation as independent variables and honorary teacher performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all honorary teachers at Tinambung Vocational School/SMA. The sampling technique was total sampling using 45 respondents. Then analysis is used on the data obtained using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes the multiple lenear test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing via the f test and t test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results were obtained partially from the results of hypothesis testing using the T test, it was found that two independent variables partially had a significant influence on the honorary teacher performance variable. Where the most influential variable is work motivation with a coefficient of 0.003 followed by the job satisfaction variable with a coefficient of 0.004. Meanwhile, the F test
shows that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of honorary teachers. The coefficient of determination test results were 0.477 or 47.7%, the performance of honorary teachers was influenced by the independent variables in the regression equation. Meanwhile, the remaining 52.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
