Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Desa Tubo Tengah Kecamatan Tubo Sendana Kabupaten Majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan jenis penelitian ini bersifat survey dan kuesioner. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Desa Tubo Tengah Kecamatan Tubo Sendana Kabupaten Majene yang berlokasi di jalan poros desa tubo tengah majene-mamuju. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Desa Tubo Tengah Kecamatan Tubo Sendana Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 36 pegawai. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi, maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan rumus sampling Jenuh atau Sensus. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebesar 36 pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa : 1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa Tubo Tengah Kecamatan Tubo Sendana Kabupaten Majene. 2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa Tubo Tengah Kecamatan Tubo Sendana Kabupaten Majene. 3) Disiplin Kerja dan Stres Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work stress on the performance of employees at the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency. This research approach is a quantitative approach, and this type of research is survey and questionnaire in nature. The research location was carried out at the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency, which is located on the main road of Tubo Tengah Village, Majene-Mamuju. The population in this study were all employees of the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency, totaling 36 employees. To obtain a sample that can represent the population, in determining the research sample the Saturated or Census sampling formula was used. The number of respondents obtained was 36 employees. Data analysis was carried out using the regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that: 1) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency. 2) Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency. 3) Work Discipline and Work Stress together have
a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tubo Tengah Village Office, Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency.
