Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi active knowledge sharing pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Guppi Ulidang. Penulis menggunakan penelitian tindakan
kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana siklus I terdiri dari 4 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 4 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi kinerja guru dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar dan tes pertemuan terakhir. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan kreativitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang dapat dilihat tercapainya indikator keberhasilan: 1) Aktifitas dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar atau dalam kategori baik dari lembar observasi siswa mencapai minimal 66% dari jumlah seluruh siswa. 2) Tercapainya keberhasil guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran minimal dalam kategori baik yaitu mencapai nilai minimal 76%. 3) Hasil belajar berhasil karena tercapainya ratarata minimal 85% dari rata-rata seluruh siswa.

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process by using the active knowledge sharing strategy in class VIII students of MTs Guppi Ulidang. The author uses classroom action research consisting of two cycles, where cycle I consists of 4 meetings and cycle II consists of 4 meetings. The data collection technique uses quantitative data obtained from the teacher performance observation sheet and student activity in the teaching and learning process and the last meeting test. The results obtained from this study are an increase in student creativity in the learning process which can be seen from the achievement of success indicators: 1) Activity in participating in the teaching and learning process or in the good category from the student observation sheet reaching a minimum of 66% of the total number of students. 2) The achievement of teacher success in implementing learning strategies at least in the good category, namely achieving a minimum score of 76%. 3) Learning outcomes are successful because the average achievement is at least 85% of the average of all students.
