Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Financial Distress dan prediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Altman Z-Score. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor consumer services yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berjumlah 49 perusahaan pada tahun 2023 (kuartal 4) hingga tahun 2024 (kuartal 1-4). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 3 sampel perusahaan sektor consumer services. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kondisi dari hasil analisis model Altman Z-Score selama periode penelitian tahun 2023 (kuartal 4) hingga tahun 2024 (kuartal 1-4). Di mana menunjukkan bahwa PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk diprediksi mengalami kondisi distress selama hampir seluruh periode penelitian, meskipun terdapat satu kuartal yang menunjukkan kondisi berbeda. Sedangkan, pada PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk diprediksi mengalami kondisi grey area selama hampir seluruh periode penelitian walaupun terdapat satu kuartal menunjukkan kondisi yang berbeda. Sementara itu, pada PT. Map Boga Adiperkasa Tbk diprediksi dalam kondisi sehat secara konsisten pada seluruh periode penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, meskipun perusahaan tidak mengalami Financial Distress, namun nilai tersebut terus turun selama periode penelitian. Hal ini diakibatkan dari adanya himbauan aksi boikot yang terus disuarakan oleh masyarakat luas.
This study aims to analyze Financial Distress and predict bankruptcy in companies. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used were secondary data obtained from financial statements. Data analysis techniques utilized the Altman Z-Score model. The population of this research comprises 49 consumer services sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023 (Q4) to 2024 (Q1–Q4). The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in three consumer services companies as the research sample. The results of this study indicate differences in the conditions obtained from the analysis of the Altman ZScore model during the research period from the fourth quarter of 2023 to the fou quarter of 2024. The findings show that PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk is predicted to be in a distress condition during almost the entire research period, although there is one quarter showing a different condition. Meanwhile, PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk is predicted to be in the grey area condition for nearly the entire research period,
despite one quarter showing a different condition. On the other hand, PT Map Boga Adiperkasa Tbk is consistently predicted to be in a healthy condition throughout the research period. Based on the results, although the companies did not experience Financial Distress, their Z-Score values continued to decline during the research period. This decline was influenced by the continuous public calls for a product boycott.
