Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Operasional Alat Berat Pembangunan Gedung di Uneversitas Sulawesi Barat Tepatnya di Jln.Tande Timur, Kec. Banggae Timur Kota Majene, Kab. Sulawesi Barat. Serta ingin mengetahui jumlah alat berat yang digunakan dan biaya operasional alat berat. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel di beberapa titik dan melakukan wawancara di instansi terkait serta ikut mengamati kegiatan pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Uneversitas Sulawesi Barat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis produktivitas alat berat untuk efisiensi kerja maka diperlukan alat berat Dump Truck 1 unit, Truck Mixer 1 unit,
Concrate Pump 1 unit dan Excavator 1 unit. Biaya pemakaian alat berat dump truck adalah Rp. 300.000.000,- dengan waktu kerja 240 hari, biaya pemakaian alat berat truck mixer adalah Rp. 450.000.000,- dengan waktu kerja 180 hari, biaya pemakaian alat berat concrete
pump adalah Rp. 1.050.000.000,- dengan waktu kerja 150 hari, biaya pemakaian alat berat excavator adalah Rp.648.000.000,- dengan waktu kerja 240 hari, maka total biaya alat berat adalah Rp. 2.448.000.000,-. Biaya pemakaian alat berat paling tinggi adalah alat berat concrete pump Rp. 1.050.000.000,- dengan jumlah waktu pemakaian alat berat 150 hari sedangkan biaya pemakaian alat berat terendah adalah alat berat dump truck Rp. 300.000.000,- dengan jumlah waktu pemakaian alat berat 240 hari.
This study aims to analyze the operation of heavy equipment during building construction at the University of West Sulawesi, specifically on Jl. Tande Timur, Kec. Tande Timur, Banggae Timur District, Majene City, West Sulawesi Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of heavy equipment used and the operational costs. This quantitative study involved sampling at several locations, conducting interviews with relevant agencies, and observing the construction activities of the University of West Sulawesi building. The results of this study, based on the analysis of heavy equipment productivity, indicate that for work efficiency, one dump truck, one mixer truck, one concrete pump, and one excavator are required. The operating cost of a dump truck is Rp 300,000,000 with a working period of 240 days, the operating cost of a mixer truck is Rp 450,000,000 with a working period of 180 days, the operating cost of a concrete pump is Rp 1,050,000,000 with a working period of 150 days, and the operating cost of an excavator is Rp 648,000,000 with a working period of 240 days. The total operating cost of heavy equipment is Rp 2,448,000,000. The highest operating cost for heavy equipment is the concrete pump at Rp 1,050,000,000 with a working period of 150 days, while the lowest operating cost is the dump truck at Rp 300,000,000 with a working period of 240 days.
