Abstract

Advances in information technology in the health sector have prompted the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) for Health to develop the Mobile JKN application as a means to facilitate access to National Health Insurance (JKN) services. The application of technology in health services has had a substantial impact on the way people access health services. However, the adoption rate of this application is still low in Banggae District, with 47,870 JKN participants and only 8.7% using the Mobile JKN application, compared
to BPJS's target of 100%. This prompted this study to analyze the factors that influence the attention to the use of Mobile JKN using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study aims to evaluate the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention of use, and actual use on the use of the Mobile JKN application. The research method used was a quantitative method with a crosssectional study approach, with 100 respondents and data analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. The results of the study using the TAM model show that perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly influence the attitudes and behavioral intentions of participants in using the Mobile JKN application. Positive attitudes also contribute to increasing the intention to use, which in turn strongly encourages the actual use of the application in daily activities.
